Welcome to the Biggest Loser blog! Each week, you will post about your successes and your challenges in meeting your weight loss and fitness goals. Each Monday evening starting on January 8, the standings and point totals will be posted as will the winner of the weekly challenge.

2. What you hope to achieve in the 12 weeks
3. Why you decided on your personal 12-week fitness goal and how you plan to accomplish it
