After staying up way past our bedtimes Lori and I diligently arose and exercised at 6:00 AM today. She has a family shower and I will brave the showers as I walk and run around Lake Union this afternoon. After completing the trek I'll have a good idea of a goal to reach for my final run/walk in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow we run/walk in the St. Patrick's Day Dash. Outside of the e-mail confirmation, were we to receive something in the mail? Hope to see your faces there in the crowd of over 14,000. Have a great week-end.
