Congrats on hitting your goal, Karen. It does feel wonderful, doesn't it?
The best thing about this whole process has been creating new habits that now feel like, well, habits. Bill and I are exercising at least five days/week. That is five more days/week than 3 months ago....
We select interesting, healthy food whether at the grocery store or at a restaurant, and a bottle of wine lasts a bit longer than it used to. Having something more than a latte or coffee for breakfast is automatic now.
This has been such a great new year's project. Here's to the last week for all of us!
