Michelle - you are not alone in your goal to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Bill and I are committed to continuing beyond March. By now we're pretty used to the routine of morning exercise. For the next few months, we have things to motivate us to continue our focus: our upcoming trip to Cabo, two family weddings and our son's graduation from college all in the next three months. I figure the longer we keep up the routine, the more we'll be used to it. John T recommended that we all re-connect in six months. I'd like to change that to quarterly. Peer pressure can be a beautiful thing. In the meantime, Bill and I will keep exercising and eating good food. The shrimp chalupas are going into the frying pan....gotta go.
