Happy Friday, everyone.
I am happy to report that I feel better this morning than I have in more than four weeks. Thus far, I've exercised three days and plan to finish out the week with five full days of exercise. Woo-Hoo!
I've shed my "drug pounds" and may even end the week losing another 1/2 lb or so.
I haven't yet committed to my pilates and core building that I mentioned in my recap of my 12 week goal, but I'm confident that pilates/yoga and my crunches are in my plans for next week and beyond.
We have friends visiting us this weekend, so that 1/2 lb or so may be in jeopardy. And that's ok. Wine and a bit of indulgence should be a part of all of our lives.
