Time to man up!

OK you losers! In spite of my rank in the standings, I stay steadfast in my commitment to my goal. I WILL run 5 miles in under 60 MINUTES. So all of you wimpy girlie types afraid to make the commitment take note. Last I remember a goal was something you set out to achieve.

How will I achieve this goal? I don't doubt that your curiosity stems more from your desire to lay in wait and clobber me with a stick me as I jog past, but I'll share my plan none the less:
  • Work out with a trainer 2 x a week
  • Circuit training class 1x a week
  • Run 3 x a week

I may not be losing weight, I may not be successful sticking to my dietary goals, but as God as my witness I will achieve this damn part of the program or die trying!
