Woo-hoo! Stephen and I ran in the "Love 'Em or Leave 'Em" 5k at Greenlake this morning and had a great time. I ran the whole thing and finished in about 35 minutes (a huge improvement from not being able to run at all a couple months ago!) and Stephen was a machine and kept up an under 7 minute pace for the race's duration. Go team!
We're off for a celebratory lunch (and beer!). Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
Thanks again to the Henneger's for the great party last night--delicious appetizers and a fun excuse to drink some wine. ;)
