I am happy to report that all of my weight training has paid off in the faculty team's MEGA win in the tug-of-war competition at the 2007 Seattle Prep Olympic Games. I competed for the fourth year in a row, but this year was by far the easiest tug experience. We defeated each opponent soundly and earned a gold medal. My team thanked my ramped-up strength training efforts this year--see my flexing muscles above for proof.Happy (long) weekend all!
