from Karen, the loser

I, like Jen, am trying not to think constantly about my eating.......because I would like this to be the way I eat from now on and I don't want to waste my brain cells on the constant dwelling of what I should eat, or what I should not eat, etc. It is exhausting!! In the past 6 weeks, I've treated myself to a few things, had a few cocktails and still lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks. It works!! Slow, but something I can live with. I'm hoping by week 12 to have shed 5 more. Exercising is going good, amazing how you can build your endurance.....that is quite rewarding. I still can crave sugar, just when I think I'm good, it strikes back!! It is easier to say no than it was 6 weeks ago. Have a good loser's week......
