Week 5 Results & Current Standings

Weekly Challenge Winner: Michelle, who proves she's not just bendy but also very buff! She logged an incredible 240 minutes of strenght training this week. Yowza!

Club 7: John T & Michelle both worked out all seven days last week! Aren't you people tired, yet??

Most lost this week: John S dropped a whopping 4lbs during week 5--not bad for being a month into the game!

Most lost thus far: Bill has already shed an amazing 16 pounds! A new man! John T isn't far behind with an almost 15 pound loss (and a rumored need for a smaller size of slacks).
