10 Things I Remember About Weight Loss

Sometimes I forget the little things that come with weight loss and working out at the club/gym. So here are my top 10:

10 - Your watch doesn't become unhasped as often
9 - Showering at the Club decreases your home water bill
8 - You no longer have to unbuckle your pants to take them off
7 - You save on toiletries
6 - You don't need to use vaseline to take off your wedding ring
5- One can find a parking spot at 5:00 AM at the WAC
4- You start looking at designer workout clothing
3- Since wine consumption is limited to week-ends, you're buying more expensive wine
2 - I never knew all the ways brussels sprouts could be prepared
1- Chicks dig older men in running shorts

P.S. When you arrive at our townhome this week for the Bump Bill party, my 320 oz. dog Reggie will check for weapons and be alerted to a strike first mentality rather than a defensive posture.
