
Only week three, and the aches and pains are gaining ground. Feelin' like a fat squirrel tonight, 'cause I indulged in too much pizza and too many snacks this weekend! Work has been all-consuming; but I'm at least still getting in 3-4 good workouts per week; and other than this weekend, am keeping the food intake under reasonable control. Just GOT to get my cardio activity up a substantial notch though or those pounds just aren't going to come off. Sure would come in handy to have a resident witness...
