All in all the week went well. I'm tired, but I survived it! I exercised 6 days - 4 days of running, 1 personal training session and a 6 mile walk today. My trainer is wa-ay excited about our little program. She's approaching our training sessions like its her personal mission to ensure I win. I think she might very well kill me.

Two of my friends are joining the team. They know they're starting a week behind but they've got a fire in their belly! Loree & Michelle will be logging on tonight or tomorrow. I might have to get pictures of everyone so people know who they're talking to. In the meantime, please welcome them when they log on.
I made it through the week with no booze! Stunning, huh? Next week I'm taking it in another direction: I have to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
