Day One

Hoopie aka Kathy Thrailkill is a good friend of mine and a courageous woman for joining our little group.
Okay, I think we've heard from everyone except Karen & Allie. Karen, where are you? Probably at Whole Foods with my sister. The fact that those two can spend so much time watching cooking shows and shopping for food while on a diet amazes me! : )
I hit Greenlake today and made it around (yes, I took a breather or two). I ignored all the people who gave me "why doesn't she just walk?", "what is she doing?", "Oh my God, Bob! Look at that - I think its having a stroke!" and "that poor dog" looks. Yes, Roo was with me.
