Hi all,
I am using a combo of Body for Life, You: On a Diet and my own modifications. I am focusing on whole grains, protein, and good fats. I'm also working on getting my fruits, veggies & dairy in. Today's food looked like:
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean and fresh berries
Lunch: Homemade broccoli soup (from the low-fat Moosewood cookbook) with lots of veggies
Dinner: Quesadilla made with fat free beans, peppers, chicken, and corn tortillas
Snack: Low fat, sugar free pudding for dairy and fruit
Lots of water!!
I am interested on what others are doing in terms of eating plans, so please feel free to share!
