If you are looking for a method of tracking your food & exercise, I have found www.sparkpeople.com to be really easy to use and helpful. It's free and will even give you calorie and work out recommendations based on your goals and timeframe. I was using the Weight Watchers online tools, but like this better and it will save me a bit of money each month. Thought I would pass it on!
