Three pounds lighter!!!

It it feels great to shed 3 pounds off this body!! I know exercising had a HUGE part in this, I must keep it up.......I'm grilling tiger prawns and using Kathy's cocktail sauce of ketchup (it won't be 200 calories of ketchup) and horseradish sauce for dinner Horseradish sauce seems to be my newest friend!! I forgot so slam my H2O today, so I'm currently chugging water as I type, this is my dietary goal for the week. Hi to our newest "losers", the more the merrier!! Karen
