I'm Still Here!!!

Even though there was ice on the roads and I could lay in bed all day, I still made it to the WAC to exercise. I haven't weighed myself since last Sunday, but I know I've lost more weight because the towel I use after showering stays on without me holding it. That's a big deal in a men's locker room!!! I also have been in two bars this week and had sparking water in both. It was tempting to see others having a cold Guinness. I thought maybe I would ask to smell their glasses, but decided otherwise. I'm picking my spouse up at the airport on Friday and heading to Portland to see friends. They are wine lovers - I'll be put to the test again. Welcome to all newcomers - there will be a test to see if you can match relatives and spouses.
