Diet fatigue?

Karen--I too have been struggling a little bit more in the past couple of days. I think after 3 weeks on the program it gets hard to keep the same enthusiasm. I actually gave myself a "free day" yesterday where I ate whatever I wanted (including pizza & junior mints!) I think it's important to plan treats in every once in a while so we don't start feeling deprived and burnt out.

I'm going to spend some time this weekend planning meals for next week. I could use some exciting new food choices, so if anyone has any ideas let's hear 'em!

Exercising has been going well, but for some reason I'm finding it hard to get in more than 5 days per week. I work out at a pretty high intensity and just feel too tired to do 6 or 7 days per week. Next week I'm going to try and bump it up to 6, even if I just do an easy workout one day. Colleen is picking me up here in a couple of minutes and we're running Greenlake. Wish me luck--it's my first outdoor run in a while!
