I am here!

This should be a fun and challenging contest! I am in it to improve my eating habits, lose some weight and to develop and maintain a healthy life style.

My fitness goal is to walk/run a 10k and to get at least 45 minutes of exercise daily.

I am committed to eating breakfast everyday which is a big deal for me since I have been basically living on lattes for too long! I also plan to give up alcohol M-F for the 3 month period and to give it up totally for the first 12 days!

Finally I hope to lose about 20 lbs or so by the end of March.

Best of Luck to everyone! It will be fun to watch us all progress throughout the contest.
