Highlights of Day 3

1. Dumped smoothie over hair and shirt when attempting to shake out the last morsels.

2. Popped a button off my pants while bending over--always an esteem booster.

3. Weighed myself to find I am two pounds heavier than I was to start--sweet!

4. Tried to run, found I couldn't go nearly as long as I could on Monday, and nearly fell off the treadmill from a dizzy spell.

So...pretty much par for the course, diet wise. ;)Jen

Well, you're in good company. I've had a rough start myself. Dietary goal ... out the window. Made it all of 8 hours without sugar and yesterday my pants were so tight I nearly busted a seam. I've made it to the gym ... once.
