Hello All,
As you know from my last week's blog, I was struggling a bit on my trip. I continued to exercise - and that's great, but I wasn't as careful with food choices as I should have been, and came back weighing 1 lb heavier than last week's weigh in. BUMMMER.
Other than the weight gain, I'm doing great, and that's what I'm concentrating on. I'm up to 45 or more minutes of exercising (from 30) and I did it 5 times last week (up from 4). I'm up to 36 crunches, and I can now get through the first 20 without feeling like I was going to die. A boss years ago told me, "incremental change leads to breakthrough", and that is now my mantra.
So for those who had just an 'ok' week of fitness focus, look for the things that did go great, and move on from those that didn't. Have a great seven days!
