Ben - nice suggestion on that site. I checked it out and they've really got some good info. Much better than the other ones I've seen. They give you the cold hard facts which is good, but rather sad.....
Ran at the gym tonight. Gotta say, I'm a little tired. I have a personal training appt tomorrow.

Highlights of my third day on program:
1. Dumped smoothie over hair and shirt when attempting to shake out the last morsels.
2. Popped a button on my pants getting home from work.
3. Weighing myself to find I am two pounds heavier than I was to start.
4. Trying to run, finding I couldn't go nearly as long as I could on Monday, and nearly falling off the treadmill from a dizzy spell.
So, pretty much par for the course, diet wise. ;)
